Cambridge Cybercrime Centre Internet scanner

This scanner is run by the Cambridge Cybercrime Centre. We are performing Internet-wide scans from 128.232.21.75 to investigate what services are running on UDP ports 17, 19, 22, 23, 80, 102, 111, 123, 389, 502, 1434, 1900, 1911, 4911, 20000, 44818, and 47808.

We also use the scanner to look for "open" web proxies (on TCP ports 8080, 8088, 3128 and 1050) that permit unrestricted use.

We are using the exclusion list maintained by DNS-OARC. You may also email us directly to request not to be scanned.
